• Please read and sign the following rental agreement. The signed and dated agreement must accompany payment.
  No further action will be made until payment and rental agreement is received.

• The cage rental is 2,000.00 dollars. (Includes same day set up and tear down.)

• Hotel and fuel surcharges apply. ($ 1.50 per mile after the first 80 miles.)

• Additional rental days are billed $ 500.00 per day plus accommodations.

• Cage breakdown must take place one hour after the event.

• Renters must provide at least two (2) man power to assist in moving, set up and breakdown of the cage.

• Set up access must be provided for a minimum of 6 hours prior to the event.

• Renters must provide parking space for vehicle/trailer as close to the event location as possible.

• If trailer cannot be back up to the event location additional man power is required. If renter cannot provide additional man
   power a fee from $300.00 to $500.00 depending on the distance to the event location. (Elevators, stairs, etc.)

• If renter is scheduling 30 days prior to the event a 50% deposit of total rental fee and 50% of fuel surcharged is required to
   secure the rental date. Remaining balance must be received no later than 10 days prior to the event.

• If renter is scheduling less than 30 days prior to the event the total rental fee and fuel surcharge is required, also a signed
   and dated agreement must be received no later than 10 days before the event.

• If renter events get cancelled there will be a $ 500.00 non refundable fee, if cancellation was made less than 10 days
   before the event only 50% of the rental fee will be refunded, fuel surcharges will also be refunded.
